Concurrent Employment based and Family based GC

Hi Guys,

I am currently working for firm in California with a pending employment based adjustment of status (i 485). I am also married to a American citizen for the past 3 years. My questions are

1. Can i concurrently file for an family based green card?
2. I am from India...are the family based green card petitions current or is there a waiting period for this as well similar to the employment based petitions?

1. Yes you can file Family based GC with a pending employment based AOS . Make sure you file all the forms
2. There is no waiting period for Family based GC i.e. if you are a spouse residing in US.
