Does any one know if you can submit another I-485 application Based on Family ( Provided your Priority Date is current for that category ) even if you already have filed for AOS based on Asylum in the US?
What about going back to COP for Consular processing of your GC. and come back with RTD if it becomes necessary. ? My Asylee is not based on Government persecution.
