I noticed on Rupnet a bunch of approvals with RD's of feb 04 such as mine (not sure if the other approvals shown there are also concurrent).
I know about NSC seeming to put concurrent filers on a fast track as of April this year, so to my surprise this appears to have worked for me. I was expecting to have to wait around 2 more years.
So for me the only real hitch in the GC process was my Labor Cert taking almost exactly 2 years due to the huge spike in LC applications that happened in April 2001 due to a law change. But even if this delay didn't happen, I suppose my GC still would have taken at least this long, as it seems I'm just lucky now that NSC has started this fast-track processing.
Good luck to others.
