I applied both & 765 concurrently in Nebraska center. here is the info of that:
Everything was received on 12/27/2002 and the receipt notices were issued on
1/2/2003.
ANd i received my acknowledgement notices with in a week and then Fingerprinting notice with in 3 weeks of notice date.
Fingerprint notice gave me appointment on Feb 25th which was with in 6 weeks of notice dates.
Now i'm anxiously waiting for EAD and 140 approval.
I will keep you guys posted with the progress.
