Concurrent 140 & 485 Filing

I have a priority date of Aug-2002 under EB-3 and thinking that the date would never become current, I didn't apply for the 140 !

Now that the dates are current, I am trying to see if I can apply concurrently for 140 & 485 or do I have to apply for premium 140 processing and then apply for 485 after that ?

You can apply concurrently.

File concurrently and choose Premium Processing for I-140.
No Premium Processing for I-485, I'm sure you know about this already.
