It has been almost a week and I still cannot access my account information over the phone. Is anyone else having a similar issue? My online message is the same.

Why are you concerned? That's happens often, online message shows and phone says unavailable or something. Last week I had 2 days of "unavailable" online, but "2nd FP" on the phone.
