Concerned about Joining Small Company - Pls Advise

Hello,

I am considering moving to a new company (using AC21) which has 2 employees and am worried about the small size. It has revenues of about 350,000$/year for last 3 years.

Please advise your opinions. Has anyone moved to a small company and got the Green Card? Any Issues?

I personally do not see any problems,

so long as they can pay you same or more salary than what was specified in the LC.

However, it will be interesting to see what others have to say on this.

IF INS asks new employer should be able to show the Ability or revenues to INS if they ask for
 
I don't think that past revenue is required

Something like work order for future can also be enough.

I talked with my attorney about this. He was of opinion that INS could possibly ask for financials of company from the date my green card processing was started.

Has anyone else moved to small sized companies using AC21?? Please post your experiences.
