Hello all,
I had filed 2 Labor Cert (both RIR) with 2 different companies for Network Engineer position. Both was certified yesterday. But I am in dilemma whether to file I-140 or not.
Company B filed the Labor on Aug 2002 (I worked with them from March 00 - Dec 03) and they are willing to help. But the job ad says you need to have CIS degree with 4 years of experience. I feel the lawyer goofed up.
Company A filed the Labor on Nov 2004 (I worked with them from March 99 - March 00 and Dec 03 - March 04). It is a consulting company and I have to pay the company to file the I-140. The job was advertised same as above network engineer with CIS degree and 4 years exp needed.
I am on a 8th year H1 visa status and the Company C has started the green card processing as well. The job was advertised for Systems Administrator position (BS in computer + 5 years exp with the hope of EB2). PERM will be filed next month.
Since I am paying for all the green card processing and it will be hard to pay for all the processing (for one I need to pay consulting firm). I need your suggestion on what should I do....
May 97 - BS in Computer Information Systems
March 99 - March 00: Company A (consulting firm)
March 00 - Dec 03 : Company B
Dec 03 - March 04: Company A (Consulting firm)
March 04 - Current: Company C
Thanks for your help.
