concern about fingerprints

I had fingerprint notice for April 6, but because I had international flight that day and I was concerned whether I can make it, I went on March 23 to see how are the lines (in Van Nuys, Los Angeles). Surprisingly in the office they told me that they can take my fingerprints that day. They did and told me that I don't have to come on my original date.
Now I am concern - would this cause me any problems or delay my application? I tried to contact FBI to see if they processed the prints but they told me they don't speak with the public.

That shouldn't create any problems for you. One of my friend did that and he is a citizen now and never had any problem.

not a problem

i had the same thing happend to me...it caused no problems. Just keep the notice with their stamp indicating that you took your FP.
