Concept of priority dates!!

I filed my labor on Sept. 06th, 2002 and filed my 140&485 on Oct. 29th, 2003. Since the processing method has been changed When can I expect my green card? My 140 also not yet approved. Thanks.

Your I-140 will be processed but your I-485 (If you are EB-3 and from an affected country) will not be processed until your priority date of sept 2002 comes up. They are on Jan 2002 right now.
