Computer Systems Update still not complete

Check the shihab.net. Contrary, to what has been written on murthy, INS said that it would still need time till March till system is in place. Till then no approvals can be granted.
So guys/gals just don't be optimistic to see any approval till end of march.
Also with talk of applying CIA background checks I don't know how much more time it will take.
