Computer System Analyst queries

Hi, going for my TN visa stamping and joining a IT Consulting org in Seattle soon. What are activities that a TN Computer system Analyst not allowed to do in IT Consulting organisation apart from Project related work.

1) Can CSA be a project manager i.e can they lead and manage teams or they are expected to be a part of the team ?
2) Can CSA assist in Business development activities i.e Presales activities for the consulting organisation apart from project work.
3) Can CSA's be responsible in coaching & mentoring individuals within the organisation.
4) Can CSA's provide performance reviews and People development activities.

None of what you've mentioned fit within Computer Systems Analyst, although at the end of the day, it really depends on the CBP on how strict they are.
