Hi Guys,
I am a mechanical engineer with 8 yr of experience working as a software engineer.
My company is filing for GC and in requirements has asked for 'an engineer' with 5 yrs software development/test experience. I have all the skill set for this job.
My question is:
In INS point of view is it required to be a computer/software engineer to get GC/labor? I heard that they are rejecting the labor if you are not computer engineeer, no matter what the job requirement is.
Thanks,
Rohit
