Compulsory EAD Rapidigm Part II

In one of the recent discussion in RIS chat, J has mentioned that VSC will issue RFEs to all the people who have applied/approved for EAD and AP. Would this be a reason for the Rapidigm Management to apply EAD/AP to drag the process further, even though most of the consultants have H1 period left ?

Having/working on EAD is not a reason to get RFEs.. a lot of people who worked on EADs got approvals without RFEs

Could be true, she has said that VSC will issue RFEs for all such cases to check if the applicant is still working with the sponsoring employer at the time of approval.
This may or may not be true.
