Compulsary to send W2 etc??

Already Approved People ..Please Respond -Compulsary to send W2 ???

Is it compulsary to send document like the

1) W2
2) Income Tax Return etc..

Has anybody on this forum got approved without providing these documents??

I havent sent any of these documents, Just want to know if I should keep them ready...if it is guranteed an RFE..
I have a long way to go before approval.....

These were requested from me by my lawyer. I assumed they were part of the application but I imagine they were just asking for them in the event of an RFE.

I have seen a couple of posts in the last couple of days where people got RFEs for tax returns.

I agree that many RFE's for W2 and Income Tax returns..
But I do not see them on the 485 application as required for filing.

They have asked the proof of emplyment which they get from my Paystubs...

So I just want to know, are there people who have been approved and did not have to give there W2's and Income Tax Returns...
