Compliling I-130 and I-485 applications

Dear Gurus,
I am in process of filing I-130, I-485, I-765, I-693 and I-864 for my wife. While filling out applications and gathering relevant documents, I ran into following few questions and I was wondering if I can share your experiences and knowledge to answer them:

1) Do I need to certify/notarize all the copies of original documents required by fore-mentioned applications (e.g. copies of passport, I-94, birth and marriage certificates etc.)

2) Do I need to send copies of all pages from my wife's passport?

3) In order to establish my U.S. Citizenship, do you think that a copy of my Naturalization Certificate would be sufficient or do I have to send a copy of my passport as well?

4) I am planning to send my federal tax return (not IRS tax transcript) from 2007. Do you think that I need to send returns from 2006 and 2005 as well; I-864 mentions them optional. Also do I need to send IRS tax transcript as well?

I would appreciate your help on these questions. Thank you and God Bless.

1. No need to notarize copies. You will however need to provide the originals (usually in the interview) when needed or asked to.
2. Just the pages with information (and visa as well) and stamps entering and leaving the US.
3. I did both. I sent copies of all the passport pages as well as copy of the certificate.
4. You no longer need 3 years. Only last year's return. And you don't need to send transcript (although I sent transcript only) if you submit copy of your return. However, I recommend using the transcript since it is a document that the IRS provided and it eliminates the need to provide supporting documents for transcript like W2s and stuff.

Good luck

Thank you very much Proudpal. I was looking at your timeline and boy was it fast... congratulations on your successful journey to getting your wife her green card.

Some experts please advice. I noticed that if concurrently file I-130 with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, submit both forms concurrently to:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4107

For couriers/express deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

I want to know if the express deliveries address has faster processing time. I plan to use us postal service overnight, which address should I send to? can some one please provide an answer? Also I have additional question - As the US citizen petitioner for I-130, shall he/she provide a copy of birth certificate. Again, I mean the US citizen not the spouse who wants to apply green card. Thanks in advance for your answers.
