Complicated F-1 Status : Help needed ASAP! :-(
Hi there,
I came to the US to pursue my masters, but was not able to complete it. Before my I-20 was terminated, I was able to take a transfer to a community college and thus I have 5 months to register for classes there. Now, if I complete my masters from an online univeristy and apply for a H-1 next year, what would be my chances?
On the other hand, if I even tried to apply for an H-1, but it is not clear yet if it will be processed or not due to the timimg. If it makes it, how difficult is it going to be to get an H-1 without completing my masters?
