I need some advise here. Currently Im holding Status for F1 and my wife has been approved for Political Asslyum then i spoke with my lawyer to do I-730 family petition for ASYLUM then recently i got received INTEND TO DENY and i witdraw the application. I will wait for my wife to get CITIZENSHIP then she will apply for GC for me
MY questions is
1) Since i got denied for this I-730 - my lawyer suggested to apply for I-130 (ASSUME i get approve and go for I-485) will my GC STILL CONSIDER from POLITICAL ASSYLUM?
2) If i wait till my wife citizenship and my lawyer said i will be automatically enroll for GC( Of course forms will need to be filled) will my GC consider Political ASSYLUM as well?
3) Since i have witdraw this I-730 and i still holding my F1 status, am i allow to travel outside the US provided my VISA STILL VALID? will this travel effected my GC in the future when im eligible to apply thru my wife?
Please answer this questions in order and i would really really appreciated.
