Completing Form I-864v for my parents

Hello all !!!
I filled an I-130 form for my dad and another one for my mum. I just got notified that I can start filing the financial sponsoring form I-864.
I have some questions if you can provide some help it will be highly appreciated

1- Should I file for my mum and dad each a separate I-864 form and list each of them as principal immigrant ? Or should I have one I-864 form and list one of them as principal immigrant and the other as family member ?

2- What do they mean by current annual income - if I am filling their forms this year should I estimate my income for Year end 2021 ? What kind of document should I include as support documents pay stubs to date and letter from my employer ?

3- I am working on completing the I-864 form on my Mac - however some cells that should populate automatically they are not auto-filling ? Any idea on what to do here ?

1. Yes. A separate I-864 for each and list each of them as principal immigrant on their own I-864.
2. It's the current salary of your current job. Should include recent paystubs. Letter from employer would be a plus.
3. Are you using Adobe Reader? Is JavaScript enabled?

Yes I am using Adobe reader and javascript is enabled. I am struggling with two fields on the form the Part 5 line 29 that should automatically autofill and the Part 6 Employer name - I check I am employed as and cannot type the position and employer name.

I am using Mac not sure if this causes the issue. any other idea what I could do ?

Make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open it, not Preview and not inside your browser.

You mean Part 5 #1 which autofills from Part 3 #29? You should put 1 in Part 3 #29, and it should automatically appear in Part 5 #1. Part 5 #8 should then automatically compute from that and the other things you filled in in Part 5. The checkbox in Part 6 #1 enables the text fields in #1-3.

I tried and these things do not work when viewing the PDF inside my browser, but do work when I open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
 
Hello thanks a lot I used a laptop and it worked now. Thanks a lot. Mac was causing the issue.

I do have one more question if I have a income from dividends should I include my statement for this also similar to pay stubs as this will be build in the current annual income number. Thanks again.
