My 5 years terms of obligation will end on Dec 29, 05. What kind of completion letter is required from the employer. There is no break in the employment, however I had to change the employer in the very first year (9 months and 29 days) of J-1 waiver due to the sponsor lost his license because of .... My second employer happend to be next door and no waiting time to start.
My question is:
a. I have LC approved 485 pending for IMedicine, from 2nd employer
b. NIW self petition 485 pending from 2nd employer.
c. Have 6 months notice period.
Can I leave the present employer after 6 months from Dec 29 05? AS I am getting good offers from different states for my Nephrology practice.
If I go only in Nephrology will there be a problem because of my LC for Internal medicine? or Can I simply change employer and start my Nephrology on EAD, as I have completed my 5 years? This is causing lot of confusion.
After submitting the final documents what will happen because of the retrogression? Yes not fair after waiting for 5 years still have to wait.
Would appreciate anyone with suggestion as to how to go about on the issues.
