Completed tuberculosis treatment, what to write in DS-156 form (Urgent, help needed!)

Hi,
I've completed my TB treatment of 6 months in Oct 2007. I want to go for a J2 visa interview in Nov-07, should I mention about my past TB affliction in the DS-156 form? If yes, does it reduce the chances of me getting a visa. Will they ask me to wait for some more time to confirm the disease has completely been cured?
Pls reply asap as i need to go for a visa soon.

Hey, I'm very much interested with what happened to your interview? I was also treated for TB last 2002 and I am planning to go for my J-1 visa interview on Feb 2008. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
