Today Me and spouse got our passports stamped (just a day before our travel to India 
) with I551 (valid for a year) at philly.
Got infopass appt at 1:30, guard allowed us in at 1:15.. waited inside for 45min.. officer called us and stamped in 5 min.
Looks like guard at the entrance is not letting anyone in without infopass appt. Make sure you have info pass before you go there.
we have courtesy copy of I797, ead, ap, 2 photos, pp, i94.
Officer took all of them, cancelled h1b/h4, issued I551.
