Hi All.
I Had My Interview Yesterday At Albany,ny.
It Was A Very Good Experience.
My Interview Time Was 10 Am In The Morning.
I Was There Around 9.25 Am And After Waited For 1 Hour,the Male Io Called My Name And Took Me In The Office.
First Of All After Raise My Hand For Truth,he Started With All Application Information One By One.went Out Very Easily.
No Trips,no Tickets,no Arrested.
I Didnt Have My Selective Service Proof But I Have My No.
I Was Worried For That But He Was Very Nice And Asked Me About That No.
I Gave The No.and Didnt Create Any Problem.
Then Told Me To Write Down Two Sentences And Speak One.
After That He Asked Me 10 Questions And I Got All 10 Correct.
The Qs Are From Those 96 Qs.and Are Very Easy.
Then He Congratulated Me And Said That I Passed The Interview.
I Took The Date For Oath On 29th Nov.at Albany.
There Is No Early Date Available In My Area(binghamton).
Now For The Passport,pls Anybody Tell Me That Whether Should I Apply For The Expedited Passport Or Just The Routine???
I Will Not Travel Anywhere For The Next 1 Yr.
Those Guys Who Are More Than 26 And Didnt Apply Yet For Selecive Service,or Those Who Are Bet.18 To 25,i Advised Them To Apply By Phone Before Interview.
Its Not A Major Issue But Better To Apply If U Cant Register Online.
I Am Personally Thankful To All The Members From This Forum Who Helped Me A Lot.

In your circumstances I think it's better to apply routine as you're not in a hurry and routine is not that backlogged nowadays.
 
Sweet"girl", why would you need to have a selective service registration Number? Or is the screen name totally unrelated to your gender?

No need of expedite passport nowadays

one of my american collegue got her passport with in 3 weeks of application.
She did not ask for expedite process.

If the time line is only 3 weeks and no plans for travel, I don't think reason to apply for expedite passport.
