I have filled my AOS, AP & EAD on July 2nd, all of my check got cashed except my FP $70. I got a receipt for AOS, EAD, & FP on Aug21 and I got my EAD & last week my AP also.
Apparently I got a letter along with my $70 check from USCIS saying that check is not signed and send back with correct check for $70 with 82 days of that letter. I had sent back with correct check for $70.
Again I got a letter for USCIS with my $70 check is saying that your $70 fee is not correct send a correct fee from the attached list. I have sent back $80 based on their attachment. Mean time I got my FP notice and it is completed. Finally I got letter with my $80 check saying that “your amount $80 is an overpayment “.
Now I don’ t have any clue , What should I do ? , Experts Please help me.
