I was in H-1 since 2006 october.I moved to another company in 2008 may.i dont have paystubs for May to december of 2008.i made a short trip to india on aug 14 and came back on aug 31.i have paystubs for jan and Feb 2009.now i am moving to h-4 and thinking about complaining to dol.my question is do dol interact with ins about my status.is it a good idea to complain to dol or i should hide this
