I am new to this forum.I do not know where to post this message.My wife's company has kept her two months salary.She changed the client & left gracefully by giving two weeks notice.
We already made a complaing to department of labor.Can anyone suggest me Which is the fastest way to get back our money? Should i need to hire an attorney? It will be helpful if somebody throw light on this matter.
