COMPASSIONATE VISA NEEDED-fundraising in Florida

Hi

To all who can help but mainly for people in the state of Florida. Your invited to a party! 16th Dec 2006 at 7-30pm in the Davenport Area, Near Dusney.

There is what is call Hunmainitairn Parole, however in order to obtain you must leave the USA and apply in home country

My sons immigration case has been a nightmare for the past five years and husband (petitioner) recently passed away.

Son has been landlocked in home country whilst waiting for immigrant visa and only been allowe dto visit family on the visa waiver program. As he was needed in the USA once husband passed to assist with probate and find a final resting place for my husband applied for B visa

This was denied as sec 214 of INA states every applicant shall be deemed an immigrant untill such times they prove to the consular officers satisfaction they are not. Hence we have been taking pictures of grave plots and
e-mailing to son in home country,

This is a disgusting way to treat human beings and MUST BE addressed. Please feel free to view our site www.expatsvoice.org and support in anyway you can

Your all invited to a party

Hi

Just posted this reply, but as needs to be moderated may not show for a day

Thank you kelly for all your support, this means so mcuh to so many people

Just to clarify, www.expatsvoice.org is rasing funds to be able to retain James LaVigne a well known immigration attorney of 30 some years. James is a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Assn) and will be attending our fundraising event

Expats Voice have (for now) two main issues that need URGENT resolution

The first is a compassionate visa. This could be obtained quickly at Tradeport Drive, Miami or Tampa Sub offices.

The CV (Compassionate visa) would cover serious problems that arise from time to time

For example, People who are renewing L or E visa or in change of status from L visa to green card are LANDLOCKED whilst the application is pending.

There have been at least three cases whereby people in the USA have family abroad who are either in hospital and diagnosed termilal.

If a CV (Compassionate visa) were available, then subject to documentary proof could just walk into a sub office and verified within 24 hrs and rubber stamped, there and then

The CV would or could cover any child who aged out of the CSPA, as the CSPA is badly written and needs a leglaslative fix. A CV if available would reunite familes that are currently awaiting visa numbers to become available

We at expats voice have other agendas which need addressing in the future so please keep watching our site.

Unfortunatley you have my e-mail address wrong, is should be sue@floridavillas.com

kELLY, THANKS AGAIN, AND Hope to see you and others all there, please support us. Hopefully we will get a

FULL HOUSE !
