Comparison of the four Service Centers

Hi:

Off late, most of the approvals on Rupnet seem to be from NSC (a few from VSC and almost none from CSC and TSC). As a result, looks like NSC has "caught-up" with the other service centers after the "freeze."

Based on rupnet data, I calculated the number of cases approved (as a percentage of total cases filed) for each month of 2001, for the four service centers. I also calculated the percentage of cases RFEd. The results are in the attached Excel sheet. It has the two charts and the Rupnet data used. I copied the data Monday (3/17/03) morning, so it might be slightly dated now.

Overall, NSC's approval percentage is comparable to that of VSC and CSC. However, NSC sends out RFEs lot more often than the other service centers.

Forgot to attach the file previously.

Did you mean 'percentage not processed' or 'percentage processed'?

Number in 'Percentage not processed' looks like it is 'percentage processed'.

Good Job.
Thanks

The top chart referes to "percentage of cases processed" (not necessarily approved). Typo on my part.

Hi

Few minor typos (not in the chart or data but in the text) in my previous excel chart. I fixed them and also added a third chart.

The top one now is: percentage of cases processed (approved or RFEd or both)
NSC is comparable to VSC and CSC (lags a bit in Nov/Dec 2001)

The middle one: percentage of cases actually approved
NSC lags VSC/CSC considerably; see Aug, Sep, Oct.

The bottom one: percentage of cases RFEd
NSC takes a big lead here (and that is not good :()
