Off late, most of the approvals on Rupnet seem to be from NSC (a few from VSC and almost none from CSC and TSC). As a result, looks like NSC has "caught-up" with the other service centers after the "freeze."
Based on rupnet data, I calculated the number of cases approved (as a percentage of total cases filed) for each month of 2001, for the four service centers. I also calculated the percentage of cases RFEd. The results are in the attached Excel sheet. It has the two charts and the Rupnet data used. I copied the data Monday (3/17/03) morning, so it might be slightly dated now.
Overall, NSC's approval percentage is comparable to that of VSC and CSC. However, NSC sends out RFEs lot more often than the other service centers.
