COMPARISON Case Number in DV 2009

Hi everybody

I have question about Case number ( DV 2009):
I found that Asia Zone case numbers increased dramatically. Do you know whether all Zones Case Numbers have increased or it happens only in Asia?
What is the highest case number in other zones rather than Asia?
