Company won't do 7th year extension -- Advice

Hello,
My 6 year period is expiring next month and my present company
won't do 7th year extension.

I am a concurrent filer , filed I140 in Sep' 02 and I485 in Nov '02.
Still waiting on both approvals.
My question is can another company file my 7th year extension,
and what are my alternatives?

what state is 485 filed in?
I am also inching towards such a state
U should try writing in a more active forum

Did you file for and receive EAD and AP?

I filed for EAD and AP rd is Nov'04-2003.
Still waiting for the approvals.
