My company was bought by another one and new company is going to keep my position with the same compensation. My I-140 already 5 month in TSC.
Do I have to ask the current employer to submit another I-140 or wait forapproval and send additional information for I-485?

I don't think you have to do another I-140; Still I am not a Lawyer so check with your Lawyer.
