Case:
I have a H-1B with company A, filed in Illinios and valid from Jan. 2001 to December 2003.
Company B bought company A in 2001 April, and they moved me from Illinois to Florida in Feb. 2003.
Since the H-1B for expiring in Dec this year, I will need to file another H-1B (LCA + I-129). My question is, do I need to pay the I-129 $1k fee?
