Hi guys!
Here is the issue: my hubby's I-140 is still pending after submitting RFE on June10th (received on June 12th). The irony is that the company was bought out exactly on June 10th, so the docs submitted were still with the old company.
Now... should the new company submit that amendment as soon as possible or just wait for BCIS to make a decision in this case? The thing is that the old company was on the doldrums, while the new company is pretty stable and wealthy. Therefore it would be in our advantage for BCIS to issue second RFE, as we fear the RFE we submitted wouldn't be satisfactory for BCIS.
Thx.
B.
