company shuts down before completing 180 days

I have applied for AOS on June 18th. Haven\'t received any notice so far. My company is likely to close down soon due to lack of funds. What will happen to my case? Will it help if I get my EAD before the company shuts down? Gurus, please help and kindly excuse if similar question was posted earlier. I really need some advice.

I am in the same boat as you, but when some one asked attorney Murthy, she said if no dicission is made in your case for 180 days you are safe and you can continue working with EAD. If they issue an RFE before 180 days then that is not a good sign.
