Hello Gurus,
I came to know that today my company wants me to work in India. They told me they will continue to process the GC. We came to know that Labor is at federal stage and for sure we will know the status by 16th of this month. I have to be here until January 31st 2005. I am right now on 7th year extension, but I got 2 years extension. Visa is valid until August 2006.
If we apply 140 & 485 can I change the job. If so what are the basic steps I need to take. Also do you want me to keep quiet and goback and comeback once 140 gets approved and 180 days after 485 is applied?
Due to approval of 140 and 485 is 15 days apart do you guys think it is wise to goback to India?
Please shed somelight on me... I think I am in terrible situation.
