Any help with my predicament. I filed for my I485 on Feb. 11, 02. My number is WAC-02-115XXXX. I received my EAD last month and I have completed my 6 months after filing the I485.
My company management had a fallout with me and are now planning to revoke the I 140. Since my case was filed as a Manager my lawyers are not sure whether I can file a AC21 in this case? I am still on the payroll of the company though but I guess might be out of it soon.
If the management does revoke the case any ideas as to what I should be doing?
