I am in unique situation.
Owner is merging two of his companies and incorporating
new compnay in new name at new location. I am a employee
of one of these companies. I have passed 180 days after
filing for AOS and I have EAD and AP.
1. What are the things that I have to do so that
my AOS processing will not have any problems
and
2. What are the things that I have to do to avoid any
problems at the port of entry if we travel to India.
