Hi,
I have tried asking this question in a different forum but have not gotten any responses so far. It is quite urgent for me so I would really appreciate a response. Here is my situation.
The entire division of the company that I work for is moving to Pennsylvania from Massachusetts. Currently they have filed my labor certication in Massachusetts through RIR, which I expect to get cleared within 2-3 months. Since the relocation is likely to be completed in the next 6 months, I am hoping by that time I would have filed for I-140 and 485.
How would this affect my green card application process? Would I have to redo my labor from Pennsylvania after the move or I can still use the labor approved from Massachusetts. Our company will not have a presence in Massachusetts after this relocation, except for a marketing office for another company that belongs to the same corporate. Please advise.
Thanks!
