My company has changed its name, But every thing else is still the same,
No change what so ever except the Name, but the old name still exists ( we still own the name)
the Name change happened after my I140 was approved and my I485 is pending,
Do i need to do anything or not ?
Second Question: i havent met the previaling wage but my company supplied a letter that upon receiving the I485 i will meet the wage , is that okay
