Hi all,

I work for a small consulting company which started with the name xyz LLC. After a while the name changed to xyz Technologies (just a name change - Tax Id is the same).

I'm expecting my CP interview next month. The problem is still my paystub has the company name as "xyz LLC". All the other docs has the changed name except for the Paystub. I understand that during CP the recent pay stubs are submitted even though it is not required.

Is it sufficient if I take a letter from my company stating the old and the new company name and mention that it is only a name change ?

anyone has any comments?

Can anybody please post a format of the name change lettter.

1. Carry a letter from company adressing the name change stating old name and new name and that your position and salary is still the same.

2. Carry advt if they were published in newspapers of name change

3.Carry old and new company brochures if any.
 
just a small change ... if you have an advt of company name change do not cut the name change advt from the newspaper. Take the entire page of that newspaper/ magazine such that the news paper issue date is also visible.
