Company name wrong on labor certification application!

Oh, I'm so doomed!

My company name is A, Inc. on the business license. My company also has a trade name B (without Inc.). But on my LC application, the company name is B, Inc.

What can I do? Is that correctable? PLEASE don't tell me I need to re-apply LC! (My PD is 03/03). Oh, GOD! Mercy...

Please don't panic!!! It is possible to amend an already filed LC application. Ask your lawyer to send a "Letter of Amendment" with a good explanation to change company name with your complete case info (case, number etc). Ask him to send it by certified mail and to keep a copy of the proof (receipt) that he sent the request for correction.

If there are too many corrections in a given LC application, it can be amended by the lawyer/employer by submitting a newly filled ETA-750 form which would override the previously submitted one. Lawyer has to enclose the new ETA 750 with a cover letter requesting amendment of your pending application.
