Company Name misspelled in H1B Papers

Hi,
An employer has applied for H1B papers( My status needed to be changed from F1 to H1.)

Unfortunately the Company Name was slightly misspelled in the H1B application and also in the H1B papers sent by INS.

I need to go to India for my H1B Visa Stamping. Since the Company name on my paychecks would be slightly different from the Company Name on H1B papers, would it pose a Problem for my H1B Visa Stamping?

my GC process went thru with a typo ..

There was an 'o' instead of an 'e' in my employers name - I checked with my attorney - they said it was USCIS error and a minor one - so we don't need to do anything.

Its best to check with an attorney. Its a bit different with H1, since your status is much more closely tied with the employer than it is in case of GC processing, so please take this post only as an FYI.
