Hi My company name will be changed from next monday. Please, suggest, what procedure myself or company should follow to update my H1B infromation in the INS. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

But I went through merger with my old h1 so comapny name/ person also change, but I read somewhere if the take over company assume same responsibilty (like salary and h1 sponsorship) and you are still doing same work you don't need to file your h1 amedment. in your case it's just name change so you need to get letter from your company stating your company name change and keep it with you for your future and current refernce. You need to use if you file h1 ext/ transfer or green card application.
