company name change-- w/o REF counting...

To my undersanding, INS is now processing Name change case lke this: if has I-140 filed,--get a approve. Otherwise, If no REF for emp letter, request a letter then approve. But I am woudering if it is possile for INS to request a second REF for updated emp letter with info stating this is a company name change case(if you already got emp REF a few monthes back)? then how INS judge if this is a company name change case not changing job

Anybody? Any idea?

This is how it works @VSC If you already got RFE for EMPL LTR in past six months or so YOU WILL NOT GET SECOND RFE for EMPL LTR but if you have not got any RFE then you are likely to get one for EMPL LTR just to confirm your current employer standing in supporting your petition.

How ever you may ger any other RFE ( Highly Unlikely) for medical or Birth Cert depending upon your documents.....

My I-140 was filed by company ABC Corp
and it changed name to XYZ Corp.
Now I am ready to file for I-485
will I have any problem ?
What options do I have?
