The present company I am working for is being split into two. The parent company is an accounting firm that is being split into Accounting and Consulting firm in August. The consulting firm has a new name for whom I will be working for. The concern here is, I have completed my FP and have a valid EAD.
1) will it be necessary to apply I-140 process again?
2) will the current I-485 status be valid after new name,consedering I have same job title and salary?
