Company Name Change - No Updates

I have been a silent visitor of this board for 3 years now. Here are my case details

EB3, India
PD: 10/98
I485 RD: 8/99
I485 ND: 9/99
FP: 8/00
No RFE
Amended I140 RD: 4/30/01

Spoke to IIOs twice in the last 15 days. Both times same message, case on hold due to name change. They will not talk about Amended I140 as it is a company thing.
Others, who were successful in linking the I485/AmendedI140, please post what to tell these IIOs so that they do this.

in my case - I just told receipt number for amended I-140, then IIO asked whether I have I-485 pending and suggested to link \'em (they were _not_ linked automatically in my case)...

as for "hold" - even I was asking about this every time (it is already 10 calls for May - all different IIO\'s each time) - I never ever was told that my case was put on hold... kinda strange...

when called IIO, they said that the case needs 2/3 reviews (I don\'t know, what does it mean), before it is getting approved. I filed I-140 redo in 4/01 and ND is 5/01.
