Company name change/job change after 180 days are seperate things

To all VSC Hold case Waiters

Whenever you call IIO tell them you never left the employer and there is nothing in AC21 which we are looking for to help us.We are better of with the EXISTING system..so PLEASE don\'nt do mistake by keeping my case in HOLD as it has nothing to do with it.

It seems there is a communication error/misunderstanding for AC21 allows job change after 180 days.Its for people who changed employers not for successor in interest cases.

Company name change/180 days are seperate things!!!

Need to stick to this strategy.

The IIOs know that the name of the company changed. The last 3 or 4 times I called the IIOs themselves told me that the case was on HOLD because the name of the company changed.

They say they don\'t have any directives as to what to do in such cases since it is not related to change of job.

It\'s stupid. But that\'s how it is.
