Greetings All,
My company has been recently acquired and have undergone the Name change. I had applied for my 485 application on 2/15 EB2 RIR VSC from the previous company. I have already recieved EAD, AP and waiting for my FP.
Can anyone guide me what next has to be done. I have heard that I need to do I140 ammendment. Is this same ammendment used for changing AOS to CP. Can I do CP at this stage.
