Company Name Change. Hold is removed ! What is next. Approval or RFE

Both are good. Because, I have seen some of my friends who recd. RFE,
got their cases approved within a week from the date INS received the reply for the same. So, as long as the case is not on hold and it is with an officer, we can expect our approvals within a month time. Cheer up!

Can you tell me how the hold got removed ? I had filed my I 140 and I 485 under the old company name and recently when there was a query, I submitted the employment letter under the new company\'s letterhead. Last time I spoke to IIO she said my case was on hold because of the change in company name. Yours seem to be a case like mine. Can you tell me what you did ? I\'ve read several posts where people have filed for an amended I 140. Does anybody know how much time it takes to get it approved and then for the I 485 approval.
