Hey guys this is definitely a company name change case.
(1)PD - Nov 1995 EB3 India
(2)Labour approved - Feb 1999 - Company - Nynex
(2a)Ran out of H1B had to leave job
(3)I-140 approved - Bell Atlantic - Company Bell Atlantic
(4)I-485 RD 8/99 ND 9/99 applied as Bell Atlantic
(4a)Rejoined Verizon after EAD recvd
(5)FP - 8/2000
(6)8/2000 - Bell Atlantic/GTE merger happened new company Verizon
(7)RFE (tax return, Emp Letter, pay stubs)-Jan, 2001

b change but also a merger)
(7a)New EAD , second one
(8)Put on hold for company name change/merger as per iio
(9)6/28 - last Thursday - iio told me that hold has been released but decision pending. I should check after 60 days
(10)Today 7/3 - checked AVM at 5PM - heard case has been approved both for my spouse and myself.
It has been a quite a ride. But at least I was working for a decent company and not one of the blood suckers like some of my other friends on this board. My heart goes out to Manoj Moon(bmbcp) whose awful story I heard a couple of days ago.
I will keep checking the board so if there are any questions about my case
I will be happy to answer it.
